Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery
Standard packages are typically delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation and payment, unless a custom scope requires more time.
Format
Lead lists are delivered in Excel or CSV format unless another format is agreed in writing.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver the agreed package after payment, you may request a full refund. If there is a clear delivery issue or major mismatch with the confirmed scope, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case.
Revisions
If a delivered list does not reasonably match the confirmed targeting criteria, we may offer a correction or replacement before issuing a refund.
